Additional Information
** The only GRO index reference that can be found for the death of Phillis Redman in Apr-Jun 1850 is for the district of Wortley, West Riding of Yorkshire (Vol 7, p 414). However, the relevant volume number for Wortley for that date is 22, not 7, so there has clearly been a transcription error. It is assumed that the correct district name should be Worthing. 1. Henry’s wife, Elizabeth, died in Feb 1914 age 85; from the age of 78 she was totally blind.
